At Chapineros, We believe in the quality and effectiveness of our products, and we encourage you to try them for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return.         If, after 14 days you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a refund under our 60-day money-back guarantee. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, your order may have already entered the processing phase, and we may not be able to accommodate your request.

If you successfully cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please email us at Sales@chapineros.com to request a cancellation.

We stand behind the effectiveness of our products and encourage you to give them at least 14 days of consistent use to experience their full benefits. If, after 14 days, you are still unsatisfied, you may return your items within 60 days of your purchase for a full refund (excluding shipping fees, if applicable).

To initiate a return, please contact our support team by filling out the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at Sales@chapineros.com. To speed up the process, please provide your Order Number or the Name and E-mail Address used to place the order.


Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged (such as a defect or a broken product), please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

Please email us at Sales@chapineros.com with:

  • A clear photo of the damaged item
  • Your Order Number or Name and Email Address

If approved, we will send you a replacement at no cost. Please note that damaged packaging (such as dented boxes) is not considered a damaged item if the product itself is in good condition. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents.


Shipping & Delivery

We do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, but please understand that shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Courier delays
  • Customs clearance
  • High demand periods

If you experience a delay, we recommend contacting the courier directly for updates. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the courier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realize you’ve made an error, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, we may not be able to update your shipping details, and no refund or resend will be provided if the order is shipped to the incorrect address.
